Ordering, Delivery and Returns

• Simply click on the Jadan product you wish to purchase.
• Click add to cart.
• Click view cart and you will be able to review your order.
• Click proceed to check out, were you will have to enter your details and payment type.
• Once your payment has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email, we will then order your stock and contact you to arrange shipment and delivery dates.

If product is in stock it will be dispatched in 2-4 working days and arrive at your address in 5- 10 working days, if product is out of stock we will notify you of the production date and estimated delivery times.

All delivery times are an estimation and can’t be guaranteed.

Jadan Enterprise uses a flat shipping rate of $30.00 inc GST to Sydney and Greater Sydney areas, should you require delivery out of this area please call or email for a quote.

Refunds are only offered if the product is found to be damaged or faulty, No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
